I have the exact same issue, driing me crazy!! We are running cloudcare on around 50 PC's can you help before more become infected? AVG installed prior to any problems. Thankyou

My son's computer has been popping up windows of IE set to virusdefense.info/us/alert-redi.html?oc13=windows_critical_error over the last several days.  AVG  identifies it as a Exploit Social Engineering and Secures it.  And then it happens again and AVG secures it again.  And on.

Any insight into what is going on here?  Something is making IE open automatically, cause we certainly aren't doing it.

I dont have access to this as it is provided by our technology providers. We use their account however they dont offer support or account details etc can you not help? thanks for the quick reply
