During 2019 I was charged on 4 occasions for TuneUp a total of £109.36 and so I applied for an
appropriate refund which was refused.
When I first dealt with AVG many years ago there was just 1 payment 1 annual subscription and
I knew where I stood. Now it looks like every so often they look for a method of introducing additional charges surreptitiously which I find unfair and unacceptable. That is shameful.
At one time I had great respect for AVG and Avast, but in my opinion what they are doing now to
boost profits shows a complete lack of integrity. Can this be remedied ?
