Express Install Support Timing

How much time does it take for your support representative to come on line.Today (08-08-2016) I was connected at 3.24PM with a message "A support representative will be with you shortly" - I was on line wating for your support representative to turn up - but nobody turn up - insted at 3.35PM a message was received " The session has excceded the maximum allowed waiting time. Please try new session at a  later time" - what it is all about - Please help me.

Today I have purchased Express Install Support and got the confirmation and Key No by return mail - on clicking on Redeem Service - I was directed to new AVG page stating that no technician is available call us on during the hours of service as explained in the email - but I could not find any hours of service in email - can anybody help me to find out timing - I am from India.
