We're here to help. You have an active subscription for AVG Ultimate which includes both AVG Internet Security and AVG TuneUp. Could you clarify which AVG app do you think is causing the issue and how did you narrow down the issue to AVG?

got avg premium now cant access internet with express vpn

i fixed it by reinstalling avg and my vpn ty for your quick respnses

Could you let us know whether you are unable to access any websites in all browsers?

Let us check whether AVG is causing the blockage. Right click on AVG icon under system tray next to clock, click on toggle bar to disable AVG temporarily and check if that fixes the issue. If you are able to surf the internet, then the issue could be with AVG. 

If you are still unable to access, please open AVG PC TuneUp, click 'Speed Up', select 'Background & Startup Programs'. Check whether you put any browsers in sleep mode. If yes, please wake it up.

that did not work either.

worked until the second i got avg idk if its tune up or the normal one but one of them stops my vpn tried adding it as a exception nothing works

dns probe finished no internet is what it says i have nothing in sleep and disabling it did not fix it
