expressVPN tunnel split not working with avg webshield on?

Sorry for the delay in responding.

To analyze the issue further, I need to submit your concern to our senior technicians along with other diagnostic logs. I have sent you an email with steps on how to collect and upload the data required for analyzing your issue. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder as well.

Hello T,

It is clearly not a bug.
Let us get more information regarding this issue.
Are you facing this issue with AVG Antivirus installed on Mac?
Is express VPN installed as an add-on or extension to your browser?

Is this a bug or a feature? Anyone with the same issue? Or better: anyone with a work around or solution?

Thank you in advance
Thomas

I am extremely sorry, Thomas. It took a while to get the suggestion from the development team. But I appreciate your patience and efforts in fixing the issue.

Dear Balasubramanian

Yes indeed I am running MacOS 10.13.4 on a recent MBP.
I am using ExpressVPN both ways: as app as well as browser extension. I can reproduce the problem with both and on all 3 browsers. I am using: Chrome, Safari & Firefox.

Any idea how I could use split tunneling without compromising the web shield?

Best regards
Thomas
