I have clicked that link. AVG support chat came. Filled all the columns correctly. Clicked Start Chat. Nothing came, That page is still. I have tried several times

I have tried to extend subscription SEVERAL TIMES. I have clicked BUY NOW. Then the message was YOU'RE OFFLINE, TRY AGAIN.

There is no problem with my internet connection.
