Extended account via wire transfer (ideal) but have not received activation code

Dear Sir / Madam,

On Monday 27th June I have paid (via wire transfer - ideal) for a 1 year extension of my AVG internet security but have not received an activation code as of yet.

The colleague that I had on the phone on Monday was so kind to extend my account for 9 days (as it was about to expire).

I'm more than happy to (privately) share the online payment that has been withdrawn from my bank account so that hopefully you can provide me with the confirmation mail with activation code to extend the subscription for 1 year.
