Hi, I have just purchased a new subscription as I thought my current subscription was expiring, having added the new license number I was shocked to see that the remainder of my current subscription remained as was, and I had a new subscription which would expire on the 15th Jan 2024, but as 2 separate entities, I assumed that my current remaining days would have been added to my new subscription days as per my previous provider, it appears as if I will lose the remainder of my current subscription as they sit as either/or will this change?
