Kheng, Have a look @ this new form link (https://support.avg.com/support_contact_form) to get email/chat/phone support There's a Sales Support section. I brought a new AVG Internet Security license (CD-ROM) to extend my existing one which will ends in 3 days time. After re-activating, I'm given a new 1 year period. Shouldn't it extending the existing license (i.e. 1 year + 3 days) ?
