We made payment of EUR 49.99 to Ingenico E-payments/Global Collect on July 14 to extend AVG Internet Security Pro for another year. Ingenico confirms by mail that payment was forwarded to AVG on July 17. No new product was released by AVG up till now. We called on July 27 to AVG in the UK, they claim no payment received. Now subscription has ended and no protection anymore. We were forced to use another company's software. We want our money back. Very disappointing to find out that mistakes like this can occur between AVG and their collection company and that we are victim.
