Thank you.
I have an external Seagate Backup Drive and when I connect it to the computer AVG tells me I have a virus. I have had two different virus names appear. When I delete the virus it deletes the Seagate execute file and then the Backup Drive won't work. I tried uninstalling the Drive and then re-installing. The same thing happened. I do not leave the Drive connected to the computer all the time, opting just to connect on the day I want the back up to happen.
What do I need to do to get it working? I'm not tech savvy so please keep any answers in everyday English.
