Hello Robert. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Could you please let us know whether you have performed regular scans using the AVG PC TuneUp program and does it fixed all the detected errors on your PC? Thank you.

Hei i will nomore extend my licence with avg tune-up because these program do not help to make the pc faster. My SW is Microsoft XP.
