Are you referring to schedule scan in AVG?

Please mention the AVG program installed in your computer.

Can you share us the picture of the exact issue ?

It eventually finished the scanning. I am allowed to enter Windows. Thank you very much.

I start the Win32/Neshta.A remover to scan it Window server 2008R2 GUI. After finished, it requests to schedule a scan after next reboot. It then enter a Linux text mode scanning and then non-stop to scan endlessly. It found no way to stop it. If I shutdown the computer and then restart the computer. It still force to enter the "black screen scanning mode" and disallow me to enter Windows.

The Computer is invaluable and very important to us. It is extremely annoying that I can't use this computer. 

Please advise how to stop it and allow us to enter window mode. Thank you very much.
