Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused by this issue.

The problem with Content Filter not blocking https sites is now fixed. It is fixed in CloudCare version 3.3.1. If you have access to the cloudcare portal, from the main partner screen select the "devices", then locate the problem device. Click to expand the device details and there will be a notification "CloudCare update available", select this and it will push the update down to the client.

For Cloudcare issues there is a community forum which can be accessed from the portal.

Regarding your request for details:
1. we  purchased AVG Anti-Virus Business Edition in September of 2013.
2. Device information shows Cloudcare version 3.2.3
3. The problems are multiple and there may be others I just have not experienced yet.
    a. common thread is that every issue appeared immediately after the Cloudcare upgrade to HTML5
    b. Report Issues:  - unable to obtain listing of URL's that were 'allowed'
                               - unable to obtain individual URL's allowed for single device or multiple devices selected.

The Facebook issue, I am told is due to a problem since the upgrade. Specifically, that URL redirection to https sites is having a problem. The result being that sites such as Facebook, are not being
blocked as requested. According to a gentleman I spoke with this morning, this is being addressed by the development team (he referred to as tier-3). Thus far nothing has been resolved and every problem I began with over two weeks ago remains exactly the same.





                               - unable to restrict access to www.facebook.com (I am told this is universally happening to
                                                                                                       all port redirections to https locations…
                                                                                                       which includes facebook)
    c. General issues with display on devices page - The modules available show CF/AV and Online Backup…
                                                                           when in fact we actually have access to Remote IT and
                                                                            never utilized Online Backup. In fact, when we started with
                                                                            you in September of 2013 Online Backup was not available.
                                                                            Presently, our display shows Online Backup and not Remote
                                                                            IT. However, if I open the full display for an individual Device
                                                                            I am presented with a "connect" option indicating that Remote
                                                                            IT is actually available contrary to the display I referenced
                                                                            earlier in this paragraph.
