Hi

I switched to Chrome from AVG Secure Browser and my videos on Facebook run fine. The fact that videos don't work on AVG Secure Browser must have something to do withTuneup or the secure browser settings. Can you help?

Initially, please let us know if you're accessing Facebook using a web browser or from the dedicated Facebook app.
Also, did you put any background programs to sleep using the AVG TuneUp?

I ran AVG Tuneup and the free AVG virus protection and my facebook videos have stopped playing. Is there any way I can correct this?

Hi

I am using the AVG secure web browser and I did put some programs to sleep although I do not remember which they were. The video on my phone app is working correctly.

Hi again.

I used the rescue to awaken what I had put to sleep. That did not solve the problem.  Strangest thing…A friend posted 3 videos of her son golfing. One of the videos worked while the other two did not. I thought maybe it was a time issue but one ran for 6 seconds, one for 9 and the one that was OK was 11 seconds. Maybe AVG didn't cause the problem and I can view videos on sites other than facebook. If you have any more suggestions, I would appreciate hearing. Thanks.
