Fail to re-activate on AVG antivirus business Edition

Dear AVG,
My AVG antivirus Business Edition was expired then i purchased and i got the new key license then i replace the new license on AVG program but the message show that fail to activate (invalid key). The double check the key is correctly from AVG mail.
I was made a ticket number support (number: 11660762) but nobody reply to me since yesterday…very slow respond…
So what should i do make it work?
