Fail to remotely connecting throw applet

Hello Ahmed,

I understand the inconvenience.
There are chances for issues to occur while connecting to remote for a Windows XP service pack 3 operating system.
I appreciate your patience and efforts on this matter.
I request you to try (repair) of AVG Internet Security trial and inform me the status.
If the issue persists, provide the (screenshot) of AVG window showing the message "You are not protected" to assist further.
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Hello Ahmed,
I'm sure that the issue will be fixed, when you enter a new license number of AVG Internet Security and also we have 30 days guarantee money back. You can contact our chat support team, they will help you to purchase a new AVG Internet Security license number with a possible discount. After that, you can click on the button "Enter new license number" to activate your AVG Internet Security using a new license number.
Best regards,
Alok.

Thank you for providing screenshot Ahmed,
It seems your AVG Internet Security trial is already expired or going to expire today, which is why it shows "You're not protected" and wrong expiry date. May I know if you have used the AVG Internet Security program on your this computer before? If yes, then  you have to purchase it to activate AVG Internet Security.
Best regards,
Alok.
