I had Drivermax installed on computer all of a sudden it went missing I have tried to download AVG is saying it's malware when it is not.

I have tried to download DRIVERMAX but every time Ido this the download box in the bottom left hand displays failed download I have put the address in the web shield as an exception but it takes no notice.
