I received notice that my license will be automatically renewed by billing the renewal to my credit card. AVG site will not allow me to not renew and every time I attempt to do so through the process they established, I am told that it it not working. I tried to send a reply to the notice they sent me, but it keeps responding noreply@avg.com (mailto:noreply@avg.com), Their customer service button will not allow me to cancel.
I do not recall at the time that I originally purchased AVG service that I agreed to automatic renewal. Nonetheless, I found a place on their site to markAuto renewal as On or Off and I marked Off, but it is not possible to find out if the auto renewal has been cancelled.
I do not wish to renew. I am unable to notify AVG that I do not wish to renew. If a billing is placed on my credit card, I will notify the credit card company to cancel the charge.

I have repeatedly tried to install AVG 2014 on my laptop. Every time I get the same result: failed install, with subsequent inability to uninstall, and a new and exciting inability to then connect to the internet! I'm then forced to perform a system restore to remove the failed program and restore my internet connection. Please help
