We regret for the inconvenience caused. Did you use our latest version of remover tool to uninstall the older version of AVG? If not, we suggest you to remove conflicting antivirus products if any (http://avgread.me/1K1IqEh) and then remove AVG traces using AVG Remover tool( http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe ). Please restart to complete the uninstalling process. After restarting your computer, you may need to manually delete any remaining AVG files and also 'search' for a folder "AVG Remover"(usually in 'C' drive) and please delete it manually. And then install your AVG program by downloading from http://www.avg.com/us-en/download .Thank you.
I have just purchased AVG Internet Security. I downloaded it onto my Laptop no problems, but now I'm trying to download onto my Desktop, and it keeps failing to install. It says: avgntopensslx.dll and avgsysx.fmw.l.dll are missing. I've tried several times, and made sure everything is deleted prior to downloading. Any ideas please?
