Failed message when trying to delete AVG Internet Securit

Please try run AVG remover tool through the below link. It will remove all your AVG components.

Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.
You can start a fresh installation of your AVG antivirus and AVG PC tune up again.

okay hopefully I can explain what I did …I bought the AVG anti -virus and the AVG web tune up 2015. I recently upgraded to windows 10 and installed AVG Internet security by accident and AVG Zen. I have found my licence for The product that I have bought so when I go to unstall the AVG free version Internet and AVG ZEN and AVG protection it says failed and errror comes us as 0e001003d
