"Failed - Needs authorization"

Hello:
I was trying to install a theme on the AVG Secure Browser and a small window popped up saying "Access denied  -  Retry  -  Close" and then in the downloads list it reads "Failed - Needs authorization."  When I click on the up arrow next to that it reads "resume" (dimmed), "More information" (illuminated), "cancel" (dimmed.) When I click on "More Information" it brings me to the main support page with a list of topics.  And when I search "Failed - Needs authorization" on the support page all the results deal with subscriptions/credit cards authorization fails.

Does anyone understand this and how to fix it?
