an "repair" via control panel does not work only deinstall .i have remove (with Revo Unistaller) and install again two times.
free or paid version you can see on the second images "premium" version also paid .

Di, AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5 is an extremely old product which unfortunately is now no longer supported by AVG.
