For better clarity, share us the screenshot of the message that you receive.
Also, let us know the AVG programs (name) that you use on your computer. Reason being, we're unable to find any subscriptions under your account.

im so annoyed…
i try to save my pdfs and avg is saying failed and now isnt saving.
how do i correct this
