In light of the current circumstances concerning Covid-19 outbreak, there was a delay. Hope you're well.  
We're glad to look into this & help you. As we're uncertain about the exact message that you receive, would you be so kind to share us the screenshot of it for better clarity?

failed to load language dll language path:2057\UlLangRes.dll    error message appears on start up and randomly throughout using the computer it also pops up

Appreciate your efforts in sharing us the screenshot, Perry. 
Sometimes, this might happen if few services are unable to initiate. In this regard, we'd suggest you to repair AVG program & restart the computer once to check. After restarting, let the computer idle for the required services to load & then check if the program loads fine.
