Failed to lock in despite having just brought a 2 yrs contract in Nov 17

I have just brought the 2 yrs offers starting from Nov 17 and when ever I locked in it took some time and now completely can not log in at all but instead received message that my trial period has expired and unless I pay for it again !  OMG how can this happen? Please check from your end. My order number is 11116731872 purchased on 15 Nov 17. Called the free toll line but nobody answered so much for the 24/7 undertaking and what a joke claimed to  "Whatever your device, we've got you covered". "FAKE" ?
