In the webpage, when I clicked "submit" button, I waited and waited, and then it would ask me to recheck if I was a robot, and then told me to try it again.

Please submit the files in any alternate browsers and you can upload the files on upto 50 MB of size with no issues.
Upon a successful submission, a group of analysts will review it and whitelist (if there is no malcious content).
Keep us updated on the progress.
