I can't update latest virus definitions. States my device is not connected to internet but it is connected. I'm using android, samsung S5

- Select the option as "YES" and the operating system as "ANDROID"

Did you try re-installing the app once and check the status?
Sorry, forgot that part. I dont have time now but did uninstall and install last night and same problem.
Right now on Samsung galaxy edge and and have AVG installed on this device as well, no warning of unresolved issues but when I tried to manually update virus definitions same message to check internet connectivity & it's on & working for everything else
