I understand the inconvenience caused, let's work together to fix this issue.
I request you to change AVG Firewall network profile to private (open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > components > firewall > customize > network profile > change all the network public to private), if it's public.
Save the settings and check if you can access internet/google chrome with enabled AVG WebShield/AVG Internet Security.

install the AVG antivirus and the Crome browser does not work for me, it works as blocked pages, I have to disable the Web Shield
