Failing Install Zen 2016

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
May I know the operating system of the PC where you facing issue in installing AVG Zen program?

I have tried to install Zen 2016 a subscription I renewed at the being of April 2016. I can log onto my account through a browser, and while my invoice shows the account up to date the subscription states that it has expired. I have tried multiple times to reinstall it on my daughter laptop. I have used the AVG removal tool and I reboot after evey change. Now when I try to install AVG it asks me to log on to my account and everytime it gives me error "sorry we've run into a problem try again later". Not sure why the browser is fine, but install fails. When I do log onto the website it does take very long time to connect.

installation starts but when I need to log onto my account I either get you have entered the wrong password to many times (not the case) or sorry somethng went wrong try back later.
