Failure at AVG to respond to my purchase

I purchased a two year performance maintenance program for $60 around 5pm yesterday Sunday February 9th. I paid for the purchase using PayPal (Transaction ID: 33H636037N778653M) and received a receipt etc and several emails from AVG. None of these emails had an activation key code so I tried to access my AVG account to obtain one and it responded that I have no purchase or program record. As of 7am this morning it still says I have no purchases or programs in the system. Additionally I now received a automated notice that the communications with AVG are not functioning now. of course I can't let the program try to resolve any issues as I have no activation code. After waiting until 10pm to see if the ourchase hit my account I finally went to bed and I'm glad I did as it still hasn't been posted to my account.
