I ordered Driver Update after getting notice my subscription had expired. Upon checking my invoice I found that my subscription was for two years. So I should have two years left. Problem: my new subscription has an error in the down load and I can't use either the old or new.
I have since subscribed to internet security and password protection and neither will open according to your directions.
