Failure to access the internet

Since AVG Full Protection was installed I can't access the internet. I am still using windows XP

I am sorry to hear that you are unable to access Internet after the installation of AVG Protection. Please follow the below steps and then check if you are able to access internet.

Please open the AVG Internet Security installed in your computer and click on Menu->Settings->Components->Firewall->Customize->Once this is done, click on "Network Profile(Left side of the interface) and change the profile to "Private" if selected in "Public".

If the issue persists after changing the network profile, please let us know, so we can provide you an alternate solution.
