Hello Joseph,
I understand this must be upsetting. I would love to help you with this. I have sent you an email to get in touch with our remote support. Please follow the email instructions, they will fix the issue with AVG without any hassle.
I'm running widows 7 and I scan my system about 3 times a week.
I bought this software on the recommendations of 2 IT people at our legal offices whom I trusted. They are no longer recommending AVG. I don’t have a problem paying for a good product. Everyone is entitled to be paid for their efforts and a free program should not be as all inclusive as one that is paid for.
I am not happy with this product I’ve had it for years and it ran flawlessly until about 6 months ago. As other PAID subscribes have reported I keep getting detections about SCGeneric Trojans and pop-ups that I do not want. The emphasis more and more seems to be on pushing for more AVG products. If there is a 2017 upgrade shouldn’t that be YOUR responsibility to provide to subscribers. I was under the impression that this is part of the reason one gets a PAID subscription. I’ve already read the post where people are having difficulty getting the 2017 version to load. Lately my AVG Tune Up has just stopped working. Zen went away completely.
How do I find out which PAID version of AVG I have?
WHY does AVG put the SCGeneric Trojan in a virus vault then FAIL to catch it a second or third time?
When will the migration of the 2017 AVG be complete and will YOU load that into my system without me having to do anything?
Why has AVG Tune up and ZEN stopped working and how to fix that?
