Failure to update avg tuneup after subscription

I apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, I would suggest you to uninstall the AVG PC TuneUp using this http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/TuneUp_Remover.exe remover tool, then download and install PC TuneUp using this http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_PCTuneUp_765.exe link. I Just renewed my AVG PC Tuneup.
However, when I attempt to install, it fails and comes up with the following message;
 
         INSTALLATION FAILED
         Sorry, we are experiencing problems with initialization.
         Please try again and if the issue persists, contact customer support
 
         Error code: 0xE001D01D
         Description: Event exec_finished
 
By the way, I have tried to install many times but it still fails with the same message. I renewed on Wednesday 14th October 2015.
 
If this will be useful, I uninstalled the previous copy to see if I would get round this problem but to no avail.
