Failure to update free protection

Error message 0xc0070643 at end of installation when trying to update free protection on Windows 7 PC. Any ideas?

Damon, With the error message are you also seeing Description: Event exec_finished?.

yes - think so. also "Installation failed" It's my wife's PC. AVG Free is installed on my own under the same account, if that makes any dfference…
