When you sign up a trial, we actually debit an amount of $1.00 from the account, in-order to verify whether the account is active. The reason is because, the auto renewal service will be enabled when you agree to this trial and the charge will be debited when it is nearing the expiry. When the account is verified, we will credit the amount $1.00.
In your case, the verification wasn't successful. Hence, the trial order was cancelled automatically. An e-mail confirming the same has been sent to you.
