Sorry to know that you got a fake support and facing issues because of it.
Did they install any application on your PC? If yes, do you remember the name of the application?
If any unknown application is found running in the task manager processes tab, please try ending the task of it.
Also uninstall any unknown program installed on your computer.

Somebody, telling that he called from Microsoft headquarter, told me, that my laptop has been hacked. I allowed him to mirror my laptop. He showed me, that People from Pakistan are just active. Recently he offered me a Registration fee for helping me in that. I did not pay, because i wanted to verify everything. Microsoft told, that this is a fake. The laptop still is in Control of that man. Even after i closed the laptop, he used the camera. How can I get rid of that man? How can the mirroring be stopped? Sure also Worms have been installed
