I have recently upgrded to the latest Internet Security Prog. and now find that I cannot use Smilebox. Unfortunately, all the 'help' info. is based on the previous version, and I am struggling to get things working again.
Any ideas?

I apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please try to add the application's installation folder to AVG exceptions list as suggested here: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-make-exclusions-from-all-scans-and-shields .
If the issue persist, please provide us with the screenshot ( http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot ) of the threat detection pop up. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
