Hello
I'm a software developer and my customer claims AVG 'ate' my products. In log I can see the component that did it was "behavior shield" and the reason is "AVG blocked a threat".
I would like to know better what's wrong in my software. Can I switch AVG to more detailed logs?
Thank you.
Yes, Thomas.
You can check the threat report from the below location from the computer that has the issue.
Report files are saved in one of the following locations:
Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows 7, or Windows Vista: C:\ProgramData\AVG\Antivirus\report
Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\AVG\Antivirus\report
Hi
I will provide the screenshot (I did it in the past and it was useless) in the future. But can you please answer me my question? Is there log or switch I can turn on and see more detailed result?
Thank you
