False-positive after deepscan?

I am having the same issue!

Hi!
So I just did a deepscan (I have a Macbook Air), and 3 files were flagged as infected. AVG was not able to remove these files because they may be 'protected', and I was also unable to remove them manually. I contacted AppleSupport, and they identified the files as part of MacOs. Files I could/should not be removing, and so they think this is a false-positive situation. But now I wonder if these files could still be infected? I found another thread on here about the same situation, and the person said that even after a factory reset, the files still got flagged by AVG. AppleSupport saw this as further proof of a false-positive result. But I still wanted to check on here!
These are the file-names:
dyld_shared_cache_arm64e
dyld_shared_cache_x86_64
dyld_shared_cache_x86_64h

And the name of the threat:
MacOs:AdAgent-EC[ADW]

Would love some feedback, thank you!

I've searched for these files on the HD but can't find them.

Spent a few hours with tech support this morning with no resolution I understand. He said I'm not longer dangerous (sent a WIndows user an email and he got a virus alert) since he turned on Web Shield but I could have sworn that was already on but I've been wrong before. I did run the deep scan on another user profile on the same MacBook and it came back clean. The files seen in the screenshot were installed when I updated to Monterey 12.6.7 but that was 6/9 and I think the first time I saw the threats was 6/26 or 6/27.
Tech support says the problem has been resolved -even though he said don't attach any drives - so why do I keep getting the same "threats"?
