Dear Sujendran,
Good morning.
It is not the first time AV companies toy around with developers like us.
You are detecting the certificate of the applicaiton. This is eithically wrong. What is the basis of detection? I uploaded a notepad signed with the certificate and you detected the notepad too as potentially unsafe.or PUP. HOw can a certificate be unsafe. I am sure there is rational, reasonable & technical explantion to the detection. We have suffered a tremendous loss due to the above. I reqeust you to please look into the matter seriously rather than provindg me an answer that states that the detection is correct.
Lets resolve this ASAP.

Vikas, I am sorry but unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it as our Virlab already stated that detection is correct. Appreciate your understanding. Thank you.
Hello Vikas.
You have submitted your samples. Our concern team will analyse the exact issue and get back to you with the resolution as soon as possible. Your patience is much appreciated. Thank you.
Vikas, Have a look @ this article (http://avgclick.me/reportafalsedetection).
AVG Guru
Hi,
AVG is detecting our digital certificate for our software “Photo Commander”. Details of the certificate are as follows:
- Issued to: PCVARK SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED
- Issued by: Symantec Class 3 Extended Validation Code Signing CA - G2
- Expires: Wed Jun 08 05:29:59 2016
- SHA1 hash: 08F19866D6B69F9A1F630BFA58A87C5765B3EE2B
The product is simple photo editor. We do not bundle anything, we do not show any offers, we do not run the software at startup, in-fact the product is still in beta phase. There is no reason for AVG to detect our software. This is a false positive detection. Due to AVG detecting our software we are being detected by other similar products. This is to request you to remove our certificate from the detection and enlist us into white list immediately.
The link to the product is http://www.pcvark.co.in/setups/PhotoMasterSetup.msi
