I believe we are getting false positives in our users profiles. We are a Citrix shop. The location that triggers the detection is:
%appdata%\Roaming\Citrix\SelfService\
This is where Citrix creates shortcuts (that end with .exe) for streamed applications. These are created when users log on to Citrix.
Also the file server that hosts the profiles (roaming) detects them too. I have been unsuccessful if creating exceptions because I cannot use system variables or wildcards from the AVG admin server as a shared setting.

Our second issue is our AVG admin server will no longer save exceptions we add. They seem to add but once we push the updates to the clients the exceptions disappear.
