False Positive Malware

Please share us the screenshot of the threat notification that you receive from AVG after clicking on 'See details' in it for better clarity. 
Also, clarify whether you've submitted a false positive request from quarantine.

Hello AVG Team,

How can I escalate a false positive? We have received multiple reports showing false positive on a system app. I have filled out the False Positive Form with no luck or number to refer to. Please advise on how this can be escalated.
