False Positive, no answers from AVG support

I'm from visme.co develpment team, could you please help me with a false positive?

I've recently (Monday, June 3rd) reported a false positive using this form https://www.avg.com/en-ww/report-false-positive#mac and I didn't get any answer from AVG.

Here's the report details:

Treat name: URL:hising

I'm sure that it's a false positive as it's a new app, and we have checked all the possible SPAM/Phishing issues.
