Hello,

I am getting constant and continuous false positive reading from a temporary file created by my Dropbox program. The file - ~86ce9416.tmp  is created by my Dropbox program as part of it's synchronizing process between it's cloud storage and files on my computer. I have contacted Dropbox about this and they have confirmed the file in question has indeed been created by their application and is not infected. I would like to add this file to my AVG exception list but I can't. First of all, the file and folder it lives in are hidden and is not seen by AVG. Secondly, as soon as the file is created, AVG quarantines it and I don't know where the AVG quarantine folder is located. Try as I might search through your website, I can not find this information. How can I add this file to my exceptions list.

My computer is a MacBook Pro running OS X 10.11.

Any and all assistance greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
