Hello,

We are a small company editing a 3D software, and we encounter a lot of problems with AVG since your antivirus flags our exe as a malware.

If I scan the file on VirusTotal, all anti viruses except yours and Avast are reporting our soft as harmful and it tarnishes our reputation.

It is not possible to submit a file larger than 50Mb under the below link:
False Positive File Form

Could you please help us with getting our software whitelisted?

Regards,

Guillaume

Hello,

The file is larger than 50Mb. You cannot subscribe without submitting the file…
What is the logic behind this?
