Hello. I have a problem with the site productoraadn.com.ar
It began after activating the SSL certificate. It prevents from accesing the site and the admin. It happens in all our computers with AVG. Can you help us please?
I've read in the forum that may be it is a False positive issue and you can whitelist the site.
or maybe you can tlle us if there is anything else we can do for solve it.
Thank you very much
You are most welcome, Guillermo.
If you are sure that the website is safe, then you can add it to AVG's exclusion as mentioned in this article (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=AVG-Antivirus-scan-exclusions).
Thank you.
Balasubramanian, thanks for your answer.
But will this prevent ti show the alert and let other users acces the site?
Because we noticed that this happens only in users with AVG.
Could you help me with that?
Or orientate me what can I do to solve this?
Because I ran site scans and no problem appears.
Thank you for your attention,
Guillermo
Guillermo, if you add it to AVG's exclusion, you shouldn't get the threat detection popup from AVG for that particular website.
After analyzing the website and if we find it safe, it will be added to our virus definitions database.
Guillermo, glad that you are able to access the website temporarily.
The URL has been submitted for analysis to our concern team. One of my colleagues will contact you via email.
Thanks for your patience.
