Please share us the screenshot of the phishing message to investigate further.

Please follow the below steps to add the file in the exception list:

Open the AVG program -> Menu -> Settings -> General -> Exception

I'd request to visit https://www.avg.com/en-us/false-positive-file-form to submit a sample of this file to our developers. They will analyze it and add it to our whitelist if the detection is false. 

Keep us posted.

I have put the website on the exception list m as you suggested but my site is still blocked.
I have also filled out the form as you said.
I have sent an email with the picture as not sure how to upload the picture here.
