Unfortunately, we do not have a time frame. Our developers will check and work on it based on the request they received. We always follow FIFO method.
Do you have the case number to check the status of your request?

Can you advise how long it takes for a URL that has been incorrectly flagged as a Phishing URL to be whitelisted after submission via the false positive form: https://www.avg.com/en-us/false-positive-file-form
